The MS was sealed using the ‘Tuck, Fold, and Seal’ method. The wax seal is no longer extant, but has caused some damage to f.189. The paper was also folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides. There is a large stain in the upper right-hand corner of f.188v. There are two pairs of pin holes in the lower right-hand corner of the MS.

Decorations:

Undecorated

Additions:

A second hand has added a bibliographical reference to the upper left-hand corner of f.188r. They have also added a marginal note to the left-hand side of the same identifying a person mentioned in the text. A cross has been added to the top of f.188r.
