Additional Comments:

There is a tear to the upper right-hand corner of f.1 affecting some of the text. There is some discolouration along the lower edge and right-hand side of f.1r suggesting that a smaller document was stored on top of this one. The MS was folded into four (since unfolded), and has also been folded to create left-hand margins on both the recto and verso sides. There is a small ink blot beneath the text on f.1v and very small remnants of wax to the right of this ink blot.

Large portions of l.13-14 and l.20-21 on f.1r have been underlined. There are minor corrections to l.6 and l.13 of the same in the form of incorrect text being scratched away and corrected text being written over the top. The MS has been numbered ’90’ in the upper left-hand corner of f.1r.
