Additional Comments:

The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). The paper has also been folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides. There is a minor tear to the right-hand side of f.137r that has been repaired with tape, and a small ink splatter over l.3-5 on f.137r.
