Additional Comments:

The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). The paper has also been folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides. There is a tear to the left-hand side of f.130v resulting in some minor loss of text that has been repaired with paper. There are remnants of red wax around the tear suggesting that it was caused by the removal of a wax seal. There is minor foxing to the paper repair. The paper is edged in gold.

Undecorated

Additions:

The MS has been endorsed as ‘No. 55’ in the upper left-hand corner of f.129r. Wagnière has also added a note to the same place stating that the letter is ‘Pr. Duplicata’.
