Additional Comments:

The MS was folded in half vertically. A slight tear to the top of this fold line has been repaired with tape on f.1v. The wax seal is extant in the lower left-hand corner of f.1r and here is a slight smudge of ink over l.8 of f.1r. There is some blue staining to the right-hand side of f.1v, caused by the MS being adhered to something of this shade and since removed.

Two later hands have endorsed the MS. The first has endorsed it as ‘N 62′ in green ink in the upper right-hand corner of f.1r. The second has endorsed the MS as ’26’ in pink in in the upper left-hand corner of f.1v.
