The paper has been folded to create a left-hand margin on both sides of the page. There is some discolouration to the centre of both the recto and verso sides, perhaps caused by the documents this MS was stored between.

A second hand has made several minor corrections to the MS in darker ink. The date has been corrected by adding a revised date over the top of the incorrect one. Brackets have been added around l.29-30 of f.1r, and a suggested correction has been added superscript. Corrected text has also been written over the top of incorrect text on l.21 of f.1v. The number ’33’ has been added to the upper left-hand corner of f.1r.
