The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). The paper has also been folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides. There are several minor ink splatters across the text throughout, and a line of small ink blots in the left-hand margin of f.1r. There is a slight tear to the upper right-hand corner of f.1r.
