The paper is partially watermarked with a crest bearing a post horn. Beneath the crest is text reading ‘D&C Blauw’. The watermark is partial due to the paper being cut.

Additional Comments:

The paper has been folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides. Fold lines indicate that the letters was folded using the ‘Tuck-and-Seal’ method before sending but the second folio is missing. There is a small tear to the left-hand side of f.1r.
