Additional Comments:

The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). The paper has additionally been folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides.  There are small tears to the outer edges of these fold lines. This has caused a hole at the centre of the bifolium fold line. There are several ink blots throughout, and several lines of ink have been added to the lower right-hand corner of f.1v.

A small cross has been added to the upper left-hand corner of f.1r. A second hand has added a provenance note to the upper right-hand corner of the same, several lines of which have been crossed out. There is a minor correction to l.17 of f.1r in the form of corrected text being written over the top of incorrect text.
