The paper is watermarked with a circle topped with a crown. In the circle is a lion carrying a wheat sheaf and a spear. The lion is on top of a plinth on which is written ‘VRYHYT’. There is text running around the outer edge of the circle that is largely indistinguishable save for the word ‘PATRIA’.
