The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). There is a faint stain in the upper right-hand quadrants of f.47r and f.48r. There is further staining on the left-hand side of f.48r. Pin holes along the central bifolium fold line suggest that the letter MS was once sewn into a bound collection (it is now affixed to a tab instead)
