Additional Comments:
The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). Some of the text in the lower left-hand corner of f.25r has smudged.There is a stain at the top of f.25v and f.26r, and an ink blot on the left-hand side of f.26r. There is also a small blob of red wax in the lower left-hand quadrant of f.26v.
