The paper features one vertical and two horizontal fold lines. There is significant staining to f.2. The wax seal is largely extant on f.2v and has caused some damage to the folio. There is a pin hole that runs through the top of both folios, and ink blots throughout. The ink blots on f.2v are in blue ink. Some minor damage to f.1 has been repaired with tape.
