Additional Comments:

P.5 features three pairs of pin holes: one in the centre, and two in the lower left-hand corner. There is also a stain at the centre of the page, seemingly caused by red wax. There is a further hole in the lower left-hand corner. P.7, p.9, p.11, p.13, p.15, p.17, and p.19 similarly feature a small hole and a pair of pin holes in the lower left-hand corner. There is discolouration around the pin holes on p.20 in the shape of a pin. P.21 features a small hole but not the pin holes. The lower right-hand corner has been folded over (since unfolded). P.5-22 feature vertical fold lines used to create margins and a horizontal fold line. There is an area of discolouration across the centre of p.22.
