The MS is bound with other papers in the collection in Middle Hill boards.
Additional Comments:
P.1 features three horizontal fold lines, dividing the paper into four evenly sized sections (since unfolded). There is significant discolouration across the centre of the page, as well as a smudge. There are two small holes in the centre of the page, one of which is larger than the other. The upper left-hand corner had been folded over (also since unfolded) and the lower left-hand corner is creased. A small tab of paper with a printed flourish has been adhered to p.2.
