There are ink splatters on f.2v-3r and a smudge of ink at the bottom of f.50v. There is a fingerprint in the lower right-hand corner of f.10v. The concluding text of f.12v and the title on f.13r has been created using a series of squiggly lines and circles. The same is true of f.26v-27r where the text is written using squiggly and jagged lines. The upper corner of f.67 is torn, as is the outer edge of f.53 and the centre of f.68. There is a large stain at the bottom of f.65.There is an error in the foliation, with f.61 being repeated twice.

There are some minor corrections throughout in the form of crossings out, ammendments, and the addition of text superscript. A comment linked to the text by the use of an asterisk has been added in the right-hand margin of f.20r, f.49v, f.51v, f.52v, and f.57r-v, f.58r, f.60r-v, f.61, f.62r-v, f.63v. There are other marginal notes throughout remarking on the text, such as on f.22r-v, 23v, 26r, and f.29r. A large symbol has been drawn in the right-hand margin of f.8r, the left-hand margin of f.8v, the right-hand margin of f.13r, the right-hand margin of f.20r.
