There are remnants of red wax on the lower edge of f.1r, and the remnants of a red wax seal on f.2v. There are small tears to the upper edges of both folios, as well as the lower edge of f.2v. The paper features three vertical and three horizontal fold lines. There are several small holes along these fold lines, and a pin hole that runs through both folios. There are two small ink blots in the upper left-hand corner of f.1v, and foxing throughout.
