The paper is watermarked with a large and elaborate vase holding a flower. There are two pyramids, one either side of the vase.

The MS was folded into four (since unfolded). There are three pin holes running through the lower left-hand corner of both folios, and a further pin hole running through the upper left-hand corder of both folios. Ink from another document has transferred onto f.1r, and ink from the facing page has transferred onto f.1v-2r. The upper left-hand corner of the MS has been lightly dog-eared.
