The paper is countermarked with initials, the second of which appears to be a ‘D’. The countermark is partial due to the paper being cut.

The MS features one horizontal and five vertical fold lines. The wax seal is no longer extant but has caused some damage to f.2. There is a large tear at the centre of the central bifolium fold line and several smaller holes across the other fold lines.
