The lower right-hand corner of the MS has been dog-eared. There is a very small blob of red wax over l.10 of f.2r, and the first word of l.20 on f.2v has smudged.

A large letter ‘E’ has been added to the upper left-hand corner of f.1r. The Latin phrase on f.1r has been underlined. Omitted text has been added superscript on l.11 on f.1r, corrected text has been written over the top of incorrect text on l.6 of f.1v, and the second word of l.13 on f.2r has been crossed out.
