The MS features a monocrom engraved sticker bookplate of Auguste-Henry-Edouard, Marquid de Queux de St Hilaire: a shield with three boar’s heads, in a cartouche, resting on a lintel and stamped with a marquis’ crown, with the supports of a leopard, lion, and unicorn. Large amounts of the text are contained within red borders. A small cutting from an auction catalogue have been affixed to the manuscript, offering further details about the contents and provenance of a given text/letter.
