Additional Comments:

The MS is within a rag paper cover that has torn down the middle, creating two separate leaves. The MS consists of three sheets, each bifolium, and one single sheet, creating 14 pages. The pages feature vertical foldlines used to create margins. The right-hand side of the first page is discoloured, suggesting something had been place on top of the manuscript, leaving the exposed edge to become sun damaged and/or unclean. There is an ink blot on the right-hand side of p.11 and the left-hand side and centre of p.14. A stain caused by wax features in the upper right-hand corner of p.15.
