From f.9r onward, the pages are divided into two vertical columns. The Greek is in the left-hand column of recto sides and the right-hand column of verso sides. The Italian is in the right-hand column of recto sides and the left-hand column of verso sides. There are a series of dots of ink in the lower right-hand corner of f.1r. There is the imprint of a small dagger [perhaps a letter opener] on f.5r. There is an ink stain in the lower right-hand corner of f.27r and an ink smudge at the bottom of f.49v. The bottom outer corner of f.27-30 has at one time been folded over, leaving a fold line. There is slight water damage throughout, especially to the upper edge of the manuscript. The manuscript features the seal of Pascual de Gayangos.
