The MS covers the years 1758-1761 and concerns payments made by Voltaire to the Port of Letters during this time. It consists of ten leaves an a cover on which the title is written, but is only partially legible. There are blank leaves after the final entry on f.13v.
The account sets out various payments concerning woodworking jobs between Pinier and Decroze. Pinier then asks Voltaire to observe that Decroze rented him an apartement for £100, from which he only takes £36.
