The MS has been folded in half horizontally, and then into three before sealing. The black wafer seal is extant on f.136v and has caused some damage to the same. This damage has been repaired with paper. The lower right-hand corner has been dog-eared. There is a small stain in the upper left-hand corner of f.135r, and the ink has smudged on the right-hand side of the same.
