The MS was folded into four (since unfolded). There are several large tears throughout that have been repaired with tape. The upper edge and right-hand side of f.1r are discoloured, suggesting that a smaller MS was stored on top of this one at one time. There is some staining caused by water damage at the top of each leaf.
