There is light soiling throughout. The MS was folded into four (since unfolded). There is a hole towards the top of the central bifolium fold line and a small ink blot at the bottom of f.1v and at the top of f.2v. Ink from the facing page has transferred onto f.2r. The final line of f.1r has smudged slightly.
