A small tab of paper has been affixed to the lower right-hand corner of f.55v with wax to signify an unedited passage. A similar tab has been added to the lower left-hand margin of f.56v.

The library stamp of De Cayrol has been added to the upper left-hand corner of f.55r. There are several minor corrections throughout in the form of crossings out, the addition of corrected text over the top of incorrect text, and the addition of omitted words superscript. Braces been drawn around the unedited passages of the letter indicated by the tabs of paper on f.55v-56v. A symbol has been drawn above such a passage on f.56v.
