Additional Comments:
The MS has been folded in half horizontally (since unfolded). The paper has also been folded to create a left-hand margin on both the recto and verso sides. There are several small holes along the central bifolium fold lines, suggesting that the MS was once part of another bound collection. There is a tear to the lower right-hand corner of f.19r, and the lower right hand corners of each folio have been dog eared. There is an ink blot in the left-hand margin of f.1r and a small blob of wax towards the centre of f.20r.

A small tab of white paper has been affixed to the upper right-hand corner of f.17r. On the tab is written ‘21442’. There is a minor correction to the final word of l.15 on f.18r in the form of a crossing out with corrected text added superscript.
