The MS has been folded into four (since unfolded). There is a small tear running through the lower left-hand corner of both folios. There is an ink blot at the bottom of f.1r and over the second word of l.15 on f.2r. A small strip of tape has been affixed to the upper right-hand corner of f.1r. There is a small blob of red wax on the lower left-hand side of f.2r, and several pen trials at the top of f.1r.

There are a number of minor corrections throughout in the form of crossings out and the addition of corrected text superscript. Two numbers in brackets have been added superscript on f.2r as if to indicate a footnote, but no such notes survive.
